Arrowtown Autumn Festival

The Arrowtown Autumn Festival celebrates 25 years of community events in 09 with a huge array of amazing entertainment. The Main Festival day on Saturday 18th April includes market day, old fashion festival parade, plus entertainment for all ages on a variety of stages. During the 10 days we have over 75 events to keep you busy with bridal shows, variety concerts, workshops for adults and children plus loads of free holiday fun.

Hanmer Springs Half Marathon and 10km Run

The Hanmer Springs Half Marathon and 10 km Run is held annually, in the picturesque village of Hanmer Springs, 130km NW of Christchurch.

The race, which is organised by Hanmer Springs Multi Sport Club as a community fundraiser, takes competitors on a unique journey through Hanmer Forest amongst some amazing mountain scenery.

Cadbury Chocolate Carnival Dunedin

The Cadbury Chocolate Carnival will be held from Saturday 11th July till Friday 17th July 2009 in Dunedin, New Zealand.

The aim is to celebrate winter in Dunedin with chocolate by showcasing great events throughout the city that appeal to people of all ages. The Cadbury Chocolate Carnival is now in its ninth year. In 2008 over 25,000 people visited and $90,000 was raised for local charities.
